Tariff Policy – Please Read Before Ordering

At Bobblemaker.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made bobbleheads to customers across the globe. However, due to trade policies, import regulations, and current shipping laws, tariffs, customs fees, or additional import charges may apply depending on your delivery location — including both international and U.S. territories.

What You Need to Know

• Tariffs and import duties are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost at the time of order.
• If applicable, these fees will be charged separately by the shipping carrier (such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS) at the time of delivery, based on your country or region’s customs regulations.
• Bobblemaker.com does not collect, control, or profit from any tariffs or customs fees.

Our products are custom-made and shipped directly from our production facility in China, which means some countries may impose tariffs or taxes on imported goods based on their local trade policies. These costs are completely separate from your transaction with Bobblemaker and must be paid to the carrier if assessed.

Refused Tariff Payments

• If you choose not to pay any required tariff or customs fee upon delivery, the shipping company may return the product to us.
• Since every bobblehead is custom made to order, we do not offer refunds on returned items under any circumstance.
• If a product is returned to us, we will hold the item for 14 days. You may request re-delivery during this time, but a new shipping charge will apply.
• After 14 days, if we have not received re-delivery instructions, the item may be discarded or donated, and your order will be considered fulfilled.

Why Tariffs Are Out of Our Control

Tariffs and related fees are determined by your government and are subject to change at any time. As a seller, we have no control over these fees and no ability to waive or reimburse them. We strongly recommend that you check with your local customs office or shipping carrier if you are unsure about the possibility of additional charges prior to ordering.
