Global Artistry & Import Transparency

At Bobblemaker, we take pride in shipping our hand-sculpted art directly from our specialized production facility in China to collectors worldwide. Because our items are imported, trade policies and local government regulations may apply to your delivery.

Understanding Tariffs & Import Fees

Tariffs, customs fees, or additional import charges are determined by your government and are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost. If assessed, these fees are collected by the carrier (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) at the time of delivery.

*Note: This applies to international locations as well as some U.S. territories and regions based on current trade laws.*

Sales Tax & Refused Shipments

Domestic Sales Tax: Orders shipping to Florida are subject to state sales tax, calculated at checkout. For other states, customers are responsible for their own local tax obligations.

Refused Tariff Payments: Because every figurine is a one-of-a-kind custom masterpiece, we cannot offer refunds if a shipment is refused due to unpaid tariffs. If an item is returned to us, we will hold it for 14 days. Re-delivery can be requested within this window, though new shipping charges will apply.

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential costs, ensuring a smooth and happy arrival for your premium custom gift.

Items ship from our China facility; local governments may assess tariffs or import fees upon delivery. These are paid to the carrier and are not controlled by Bobblemaker. Refused shipments are non-refundable as all art is custom-made. Florida orders include sales tax; all other taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
