Every customized bobblehead undergoes a meticulous hand-sculpting journey before it begins its voyage to you. We are committed to transparency and want to ensure you are fully informed about how your hand-painted figurine travels from our studio to your doorstep.
Production & Shipping Essentials
- Production Start: Crafting begins the day after we receive your cleared payment and usable photos (excluding holidays).
- Studio Location: Your art is shipped directly from our specialized manufacturing facility in China via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
- Secure Delivery: A signature is required upon arrival to ensure your one-of-a-kind keepsake is received safely.
Timelines and Expectations
While we offer selectable delivery timeframes, please note that all dates are approximates and estimates. Due to the nature of custom art, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays may occur due to meticulous sculpting, revision requests, customs clearance, or carrier logistics beyond our control.
Holiday Note: Our delivery estimates do not include national holidays (such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, or July 4th), which may impact both production and shipping speeds.
