Arrival Peace of Mind: Handling Accidents with Care

Every hand-sculpted bobblehead is crafted from premium polyresin—a heavy, high-quality material used for retail collectibles. While we use custom-fit Styrofoam and bubble wrap for maximum protection, polyresin can be brittle. In the rare event of a "shipping hiccup," we are here to restore your joy.

How to Report Damage

To qualify for a replacement, please inspect your order immediately. Claims must be submitted via email to [email protected] within three (3) days of delivery.

Required: Please attach clear digital photos of the damaged figurine, the shipping box label, and the internal packing materials for our assessment.

The Resolution Process

Complete Damage: If your custom art is severely broken, we will resculpt and reship a replacement at no cost to you. Please note we do not provide refunds, only professional replacements.

Minor Breaks: Polyresin breaks are often very clean. If a small part (like a hand or accessory) detaches, it can often be perfectly restored with a drop of "Super Glue." This is a standard industry practice for polyresin collectibles and does not diminish the value of your art.

*Late claims submitted after the 3-day window are not eligible for replacement. In some cases, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be required.

Report all shipping damage within 3 days to [email protected] with photos of the item and box. Major damage is replaced at no cost; minor breaks can often be restored with a simple glue fix. Late claims are not eligible for replacement, and all sales remain final.
