Shipping Damage Claims and Replacement Policy
While we take every measure to ensure the safety of our products during delivery, damage may occur on occasion. Please read the following rules about product replacement and shipping damage claims:
1. Shipping Damage Reporting:
All shipping damage claims must be reported to HD Design Center, LLC in writing within three (3) days of receiving the damaged merchandise.
Please email us at [email protected] with digital images of the damaged merchandise, the box, and the packing materials used to process your claim.
2. Requirement for Timely Reporting:
Please keep in mind that we will not be held liable for any losses that are not notified within the three business days that we give.
3. Packaging Specifications:
Our products are carefully packed for transportation utilizing authorized packing boxes, custom-fitted Styrofoam, clamshell inserts, and bubble wrap.
4. Shipping Damage Replacement:
HD Design Center, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to rebuild damaged products caused by shipping negligence.
If applicable, we will mail the replacement goods to you at our expense as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 weeks.
5. Replacement of a Damaged Doll:
If additional information is required for damage assessment, you may be asked to return the damaged doll at your own expense.
We will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be included in the return shipment as well as the primary shipping box.
6. Replacement for Minor Damage:
We will need additional images of the item that show it entirely destroyed, such as a broken head and body (beyond repair) for minor damage that warrants a replacement.
7. Information for tracking:
Ensure that you acquire accurate tracking information for your return, which will allow us to successfully monitor the return process.
8. There will be no refunds for damaged dolls:
We do not give returns or credits if you receive a damaged doll. Instead, we will replace the damaged item in the manner described above.
9. Expected Time Lines:
Please keep in mind that while we provide anticipated delivery times, we cannot guarantee them. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates because all timescales are estimates.
Our major goal in the event of shipment damage is to give you with a replacement goods as soon as possible. Your assistance in adhering to these criteria is much appreciated.
