At Bobblemaker.com, we take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. However, in rare cases where damage occurs, we have a structured process in place to resolve the issue efficiently.

Reporting Shipping Damage

To qualify for a replacement due to shipping damage, please follow these steps:

• Report the damage within three (3) days of receiving your order.

• Attach clear digital photos of the damaged product, shipping box, and packing materials.

Timely Reporting Requirement

Claims submitted after the 3-day window will not be eligible for replacement. We encourage customers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery.

Packaging Protection

Our bobbleheads are securely packed with high-quality materials, including custom-fit Styrofoam and bubble wrap, to minimize the risk of damage.

Replacement Process

• If your bobblehead is completely damaged, we will remake and resend it at no cost.
• For minor damages, we may request a return for assessment or offer repair guidance.
• We do not provide refunds but will work to replace any verified damaged items.

Return of Damaged Items (If Required)

In certain cases, we may ask you to return the damaged product. If required:

• We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Tracking information must be provided to confirm the return.
