**There is no return or refund policy**

Hand-sculpted bobblehead dolls are an artwork with many different interpretations. What one individual sees in art may differ from what another sees. We make every effort to create a bobblehead that looks like your photo, but artistic interpretations might vary substantially.

You agree to our no-return and no-refund policy when you place an order and complete the checkout procedure. This means that if you are dissatisfied with the product, you cannot cancel, return, or dispute your order. While the majority of our customers are pleased with their bobbleheads, we understand that everyone's tastes differ.

Please take note of the following:

- Our personalized bobbleheads are not precise representations of your face. To produce a likeness, our professional artists highlight distinctive characteristics.

- If you have any concerns regarding the quality of our work, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Send Sample Photos." We will show you actual work samples to demonstrate our craftsmanship.

If you do not agree with this policy, we respectfully request that you cancel your order. We do not give returns because our bobbleheads are always produced to order, and all sales are considered final.
