One-of-a-Kind Art: Our Final Sale Policy
A personalized bobblehead is as unique as a fingerprint. Because each figurine is hand-sculpted specifically for you, it cannot be resold or reused. For this reason, we maintain a strict No Returns and No Refunds policy once production has begun.
Artistic Interpretation & Likeness
Our artists use their professional expertise to capture the essence of your photos. Because likeness is a subjective artistic interpretation, disputes regarding "perfect" resemblance are not grounds for a refund or return.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By completing your checkout, you acknowledge that no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be permitted.
Why We Cannot Offer Refunds
From the moment your order is placed, significant costs are incurred for premium polyresin materials and artist labor. Even if a project is canceled mid-way, these bespoke resources cannot be recovered.
Before You Order: If you have concerns about our style, we invite you to email [email protected] with the subject "Send Sample Photos." We will gladly provide examples of our past work to ensure our artistic style matches your vision.
Note: If you do not agree with this policy, we respectfully advise against placing an order. We are committed to crafting a beautiful tribute, but we must protect the integrity of our custom manufacturing process.
