The Art of Perfection: Our Proofing Journey
Creating a personalized bobblehead is a shared journey. For orders with standard and fast timelines, we invite you into our studio as an "Art Director" to review and approve the work of our master sculptors at critical milestones.
Production Timelines & Proofing
Standard & Fast Timelines (2-3, 3-4, and 4-6 Weeks): These orders include full interactive proofing.
- Clay Stage: We provide digital photos for unlimited revisions to facial features and hair until you reach your desired artistic likeness representation.
- Painting Stage: After clay approval and baking, we provide a color proof. Only minor color adjustments (skin, eyes, hair) are possible; structural changes are no longer allowed.
Express Orders (1-2 Weeks & 1 Week Super Express): To meet these critical deadlines, these orders utilize internal proofing only. Our expert artists finalize these items for immediate shipment without customer email approvals.
Important: Communication is Key
To keep your hand-painted figurine on schedule, we require feedback on all proofs within 48 hours. Please ensure you have whitelisted [email protected] and [email protected] in your email settings to prevent proofs from being blocked or sent to spam.
*If we do not hear back from you when we send you a proof, the production timeline may be delayed beyond our control, or we may proceed to the next stage to avoid missing your delivery date. We offer no returns or refunds for delays on our orders.
