2025 Holiday Update: Orders Now Closed
To our wonderful community of collectors, please be advised that we are no longer accepting orders for guaranteed 2025 Christmas delivery. Every artist in our studio is currently focused on finishing the handcrafted masterpieces already in progress to ensure they arrive for the festivities.
Plan Ahead: 2026 Holiday Schedule
To secure the best pricing and avoid rush fees for next year, we recommend following these standard seasonal cut-off guidelines:
- Early Bird (Before Nov 25): Best pricing with full proofing and standard shipping.
- The Proofing Window (Nov 25 – Dec 4): Last chance for free proofs with 2-3 week delivery.
- Express Window (Dec 5 – Dec 9): Internal proofing only; 1-2 week delivery required.
- Final Super Express (Dec 10 – Dec 18): No proofing available; 1-week shipping required for Christmas arrival.
Important Holiday Guidelines
Capacity Limits: We typically stop accepting all Christmas orders around December 11, or earlier if our artists reach full capacity. Orders placed after the final cut-off will include standard proofing but will not arrive until after the New Year.
Photo Submissions: Your timeline starts only after usable photos are received. Delays in sending photos can push your order into a higher-priced rush tier or cause you to miss the holiday window entirely.
*All holiday orders placed during the "No Proofing" windows are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
