At Bobblemaker.com, we strive to ensure that your custom bobblehead arrives in time for your holiday celebrations. Due to high seasonal demand, we strongly encourage placing your order as early as possible to secure the best pricing and avoid last-minute rush fees.

2025 Holiday Order Cut-Offs & Shipping Deadlines

General Holiday Order Guidelines:

• Christmas order deadlines vary based on demand. Typically, we stop accepting Christmas orders around December 11, but this may be earlier if we reach full capacity.
• Orders placed after this date may still be completed, but will require expedited processing fees.
• To save money and ensure delivery, we recommend ordering as soon as possible.

Current 2025 Holiday Production Schedule

November 25 – December 4: Free proofs are provided during this period.

• Select 2-3 week delivery to receive your order before Christmas.
• Prompt proof approvals are essential to prevent delays.

December 5 – December 9: No proofing available.

• Select 1-2 week delivery to ensure Christmas arrival.

December 10 – December 18: No proofing available.

• Select 1-week delivery for guaranteed Christmas arrival.
• Orders placed within this period will be completed without proofs.
• Delivery dates may vary depending on production capacity.
• These orders cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Important Holiday Ordering Information

Ordering After the Holiday Cut-Off

Orders placed after the holiday deadline will include proofing and be shipped based on standard production timelines. These orders will not arrive in time for Christmas.

Pricing & Rush Fees

As demand increases, rush production fees may apply. Placing your order early helps avoid additional charges.

Delayed Photo Submissions

Orders placed without submitting photos immediately may be subject to additional fees or production delays. For example, if you place an order on November 29 but do not provide images until December 2, your order may be moved to the next pricing tier.

Production Delays

Although we strive to meet estimated delivery times, production may experience slight delays. The 1-week option ensures Christmas delivery but does not guarantee a specific arrival date. If you do not agree with this policy, we recommend placing your order earlier.

Shipping & Signature Requirements

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. To prevent delays, ensure someone is available to sign for your package. We primarily use FedEx and UPS for shipping.
