At Bobblemaker, we take great care in packing our products to avoid any damages during shipping. However, we understand that sometimes accidents can happen. Here's our policy on handling shipping damages:

**Reporting Damages:**

If you receive a damaged product, it's important to report it promptly. All claims for shipping damage must be submitted in writing to HD Design Center, LLC within three (3) days of receiving your order. We kindly request that you include digital photographs of the damaged product, the box, and the packing materials used. Please send these images to us at [email protected].

Please note that we won't be able to address damages reported after the initial three-day period.

**Our Packaging Process:**

Rest assured, we take every precaution to ensure your merchandise arrives in perfect condition. Our items are carefully packaged using approved packing materials, which may include:

- Custom-fitted Styrofoam
- Clam shell inserts
- Bubble wrap

**Our Commitment to Remake:**

In cases where shipping neglect is the cause of breakage, HD Design Center, LLC reserves the right to remake the damaged products at our discretion. If this is the case, we will expedite the shipment of the replacement product to you, at our expense. You can typically expect to receive it within 1-2 weeks.

**Returning a Damaged Doll:**

Should our quality control team require additional information or if the damage isn't clearly visible in the photos provided, you may be asked to return the damaged doll at your own expense. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which should be included in the return package and on the main shipping box.

Please note that for damages that require a replacement, we'll need new photos showing the item is completely destroyed, including a broken head and body (making it irreparable). Once we receive these photos, we can proceed with sending you a replacement.

**Keeping Track:**

To ensure a smooth return process, please obtain proper tracking information for your return. This helps us monitor your return and expedite the replacement.

**Refunds and Credits:**

In the event you receive a damaged doll, we do not offer refunds or credits. Instead, we will replace the item following the procedures outlined above.

**Shipping Time Frames:**

Please keep in mind that while we provide estimated time frames for delivery, unforeseen delays can occur. We do our best to meet these time frames, but we cannot guarantee them. All delivery time lines are approximate.
