1. What is the purpose of custom bobblehead proofs?

Proofs play an essential role in ensuring that your personalized bobblehead meets your expectations before final production. Our proofing process helps refine the sculpt and painting to create the best possible likeness.

2. How does the proofing process work?

Our proofing process includes multiple stages:

• Clay Head Proof - You'll receive images of the initial sculpted head.
• Custom Body Proof (if applicable) - For fully customized figures, we provide a body proof.
• Painting Proof - You'll see the completed doll before final approval and shipping.

3. Are revisions allowed during the proofing process?

Yes! We allow up to two free molding revisions and one free paint revision. Additional changes beyond these will incur a charge of $10 per revision. Any extra modifications beyond our policy are made at our discretion.

4. What happens after I approve the molded head/body or painted proof?

Once a proof is approved:

• Molded Head/Body Approval: No further changes can be made, and the doll moves to the next phase.
• Painted/Completed Approval: Once approved, no modifications can be requested, and the order is shipped.

5. How do revisions impact delivery times?

Each revision requires customer approval before moving to the next step. Multiple revisions will extend the production timeline.

6. How accurate is my bobblehead’s likeness?

Bobbleheads are caricatures and may not be an exact representation of a person. Our skilled artisans have over a decade of experience sculpting and painting unique figures by hand.

7. What if my completed bobblehead looks different from the proof?

Minor differences may occur between the clay head proof and the final product due to material changes and painting. If you're unsatisfied, we offer these options:

• Recoloring - Adjustments to color can be made.
• Head Resculpt - Available for a $55 fee with a new reference photo.
• Finalization - If no further changes are requested, we will ship the bobblehead as is.

8. What happens if I refuse delivery of my order?

If a customer refuses the order upon delivery:

• The order will be held for 30 days.
• If requested, we can reship the order, but the customer must cover additional shipping fees.

9. Bobblehead Return Policy

By purchasing a custom bobblehead, you agree to our no-return policy. Due to the personalized nature of these products, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
