In the event of any dispute or claim arising from this Agreement or any breach thereof, resolution shall be pursued through arbitration conducted by a single arbitrator in Pasco County, Florida. This arbitration process will adhere to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision is legally binding and enforceable, and it can be entered as a judgment in any court with appropriate jurisdiction.

Both parties reserve the right to seek judicial assistance under specific circumstances, including:

1. Compelling arbitration.

2. Obtaining interim protective measures before or during arbitration.

3. Seeking injunctive relief in relevant courts to safeguard proprietary or confidential information from unauthorized disclosure.

4. Enforcing the arbitrator's decisions, including the final award.

It is agreed that any lawful judicial actions connected to this Agreement will exclusively take place in the United States District Court for the North Western District of Florida. By accepting this Agreement through purchase, each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts and waives any objections based on improper venue or inconvenience.

Furthermore, the arbitration proceedings specified in this Agreement will maintain confidentiality and privacy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
