Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a single arbitrator in Pasco County, Florida, following the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Judicial Assistance & Jurisdiction
Both parties reserve the right to seek judicial assistance for specific needs, including compelling arbitration, obtaining interim protective measures, seeking injunctive relief for proprietary information, or enforcing the arbitrator's final award.
Any lawful judicial actions related to this Agreement will take place exclusively in the United States District Court for the North Western District of Florida. By proceeding with your purchase, you consent to this exclusive jurisdiction and waive objections regarding venue or convenience.
