Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Orders paid on credit card will show up on your statement as: HDDESIGN.
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

NO RETURN OR REFUND POLICY
By placing this order and completing the checkout- I agree my order cannot be cancelled, returned or disputed in the event I am not happy with my product. While most of our clients are thrilled with their bobblehead, some are not. All custom made bobbleheads are not meant to be exact replicas of your faces. Our artists find distinguishing characteristics and accentuate those to create a likness. If you feel unsure about our work and quality, please email us at sales@hddesigncenter.com and in the subject state - send sample photos, we will send you actual work to show you how good we can be.
If you do not agree, we urge you not to complete this order. Since they are always made-to-order as a result there is No refunds and all sales are final.

As we try to avoid damage be extreme care within our packing, sometimes damage can occur. All claims for shipping damage must be filed by the recipient with HD Design Center, LLC within three days of receipt, including sending digital photographs of the damaged product to us at sales@webobble.com. If damage occurs and a claim is not filed in writing / email to us within the time frame specified, we cannot be held accountable.
All our merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment in approved packing boxes along with custom fitted Styrofoam and or clam shell inserts. HD Design Center, LLC will remake the damaged products at its sole discretion if breakage was caused by neglect in our packing process. If this is the case, we will ship the replacement product to the customer within the posted standard order delivery time on the website (where the new remake order is considered received on the date when the shipping damage claim has been recognized by HD Design Center, LLC).
You will be required to send us back the damaged item in the event that we remake you a new one at your sole expense. Tracking information must be provided by you for such return. |

Shipping Time -- You have the option during your order checkout to select the time frame to receive your item. As each piece is hand sculpted, we do not make any guarantee, warranties for any such time frame to be met but in most cases we can meet your delivery expectations.
We send proof photos to you once production begins based on the time line selected. If any delays in receipt of approval of the proof or changes to the proof are requested, additional time may be needed to complete the job. We state this to ensure you understand that there are several shipping options to help you receive your doll in the time line you are seeking.
If you need the doll for a specific date, please allow more time than needed to ensure a prompt delivery in time for the event. Please note: Holidays (National) such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th do not count within the delivery time.
Your production begins the following day after your photos and payment has been received. If you place your order Monday - the delivery time is XX days from Tuesday (excluding any Holidays). If the expected delivery date falls on a weekend day, your item will be received the following Monday. We ship our dolls directly from our factory located in China. We use, DHL, FedEx or UPS as means of shipment.
NO SHIPPING TIME IS GUARANTEED
I understand that all shipping time lines are based on estimates only. As each piece is hand sculpted, we cannot guarantee when your doll is to be completed but in most cases we meet the time line selected.
We send photos to you during production for approval. Ensure emails are not in any spam folders. Delays of approvals or changes if requested to the proof can add additional time to any time line.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. If you do not agree, we urge you not to complete this order.
In the event a specific delivery date is missed - we are unable to refund or cancel your order. |
